A Study on Rural Economic Development Measures in the New Era in the Context of Rural Revitalization Strategy

党的十九大针对我国"三农"问题在长期发展过程中存在的一系列突出矛盾,统筹国内国际农业发展环境与全局,提出乡村振兴战略。"三农"问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题,必须始终把解决好"三农问题"作为全党工作重中之重。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,在国家大力实施乡村振兴战略的时代背景下,我国农村社会经济发展迎来了重要战略机遇期。本文主要就乡村振兴战略对新时代农村经济发展的现实举措展开简要评析,以期为日后此类问题提供可资借鉴的参考依据。

To address a series of prominent contradictions during the long-term development of China’s 'Three Rural Issues', a 'rural revitalization' strategy was put forward at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China after considering the domestic and international agricultural development environment and overall situation. The 'Three Rural Issues' is a fundamental problem that concerns the national economy and the people’s livelihood, and it should always be the focus of the whole party’s work to solve the 'Three Rural Issues'. As the socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, and under the historical background that the state is vigorously implementing the rural revitalization strategy, China’s economic and social development in rural areas ushers in an important period of strategic opportunities. This paper briefly evaluates and analyses the realistic measures of the rural revitalization strategy for rural economic development in a new era, providing a reference for studying or solving such problems in the future.
