Thoughts and Suggestions on the Strategy of Promoting Rural Revitalization by Culture

乡村振兴战略是十九大的重大决策部署,是新时代全面建成小康社会的重大任务。乡村振兴不仅仅是物质经济基础的提升,更是精神文化的提升,以文化助推乡村振兴既可以满足乡村人民群众的日益增长的物质文化需求,也可以满足他们对美好生活的需求。本文以乡村文化发展为基本,从乡村振兴战略的总要求中选取产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、生活富裕四个方面,简单分析了文化对实现乡村振兴的路径和影响。

The strategy of rural rejuvenation is an important decision-making arrangement of Nineteenth National Congress and a major task of building a well-off society in an all-round way in the new era. Rural revitalization is not only the improvement of material and economic base, but also the promotion of spiritual culture. Culture can not only meet the increasing material and cultural needs of the rural people, but also meet their needs for a better life. This paper, based on the development of rural culture, selects four aspects: industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural civilization, and life affluence from the general requirements of rural rejuvenation strategy, and analyzes simply the path and influence of culture on the realization of rural rejuvenation.
