论农村休闲文化发展路径

Analysis on the Development of Rural Leisure Culture

发展农村休闲文化对推动农村文化繁荣发展意义重大,当前我国农村休闲文化发展受多方条件制约,导致当代农民自身文化创造力受限、地方政府重物质扶贫轻文化扶贫、农村休闲文化产业发展滞后,而目前学术界只有少量文献提及理论方法,尚无明确解决方法,面对这种情况,作者根据相关政策,提出"农民—政府—社会组织"三方携手,共同健全农村休闲文化体系,实现以产业发展代替多方扶持的"以产代扶"新型发展战略,以期解决农村休闲文化发展动力不足的问题。

The development of rural leisure culture is of great significance to promote the prosperity and development of rural culture. At present, the development of rural leisure culture in China is constrained by multiple conditions, resulting in the limited cultural creativity of contemporary farmers, the local government’s heavy material poverty alleviation, cultural poverty alleviation, and rural leisure cultural industry development. Lagged behind, but at present there is only a small amount of literature mentioning theoretical methods in the academic world, and there is no clear solution. Faced with this situation, the author proposes that 'farmers-government-social organizations' work together to improve the rural leisure culture system in accordance with relevant policies. We will implement the new development strategy of 'supporting production for generations' instead of multiple support with industrial development, with a view to solving the problem of lack of impetus for the development of rural leisure culture.
