摘要 对于礼仪的课堂教学,教师通常采用讲授式、讲练式、模拟式、学生讲课式、讨论式等常用教学方法。无论采用哪种课堂教学方法,实施过程中都各有利弊得失,有的较为空泛而不具象,有的受制于环境和他人、有的重于理论轻于实践,学习动力不足,不能充分调动学习个体的展现和实践。礼仪教学的理想方式是把讲授知识、模仿练习和人际交往实践结合运用,并激发学习者自主学习愿望,学习不只在课内,更在课外随时发生。"课赛融合"使商务礼仪课程将比赛和课程学习有机地融合在一起,在赛事形式的大框架下,灵活地将各知识板块的学习使用以上各种教学方法贯穿在一起,让学生们主动积极地参与学习、参与体验和实践,从而达到提升教学效果的目的。 For etiquette classroom teaching, teachers usually adopt common teaching methods such as lecturing, simulation exercise, students lecturing and group discussion. Each of them has pros and cons in terms of learning efficiency as it may be vague and not concrete or difficult to put into practice. Whereas they may lead to insufficient learning motivation. This article explains how the teacher strategized and carried out etiquette contests and used them as an effective way to encourage participating, experiencing, learning and performance assessment. By blending teaching elements of the usual teaching methods, etiquette contests provide learners an arena where they can present what they learned from the course.
