摘要
高职教育快速发展,规模日益扩大。十九大提出,高职教育应深化产教融合、校企合作,建设知识型、技能型、创新型劳动大军。高职教师的企业行业实践能力逐渐成为职教能力的内涵。本文从提高高职教师职教能力提升途径和测评方式入手,为高职教育内涵建设提供建设性意见。
Higher vocational education develops rapidly and its scale expands day by day. The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that higher vocational education should deepen the integration of production and education, cooperate with schools and enterprises, build knowledge-based, skilled and innovative labor force. The practical ability of higher vocational teachers in enterprises has gradually become the connotation of vocational education ability. This paper starts with the ways and means of improving the vocational education ability of teachers in higher vocational education, and provides constructive suggestions for the connotation construction of higher vocational education.
