With the continuous development of China’s social and educational level, the number of graduates has been constantly increasing. In the face of the escalating contradiction between doctors and patients and the requirements of the industry, higher vocational medical students have produced problems in the field of employment. 'Post-1995' medical students, who are important force in the cause of modern medicine in our country, bear the greater psychological and learning pressures than other professional students both in their study and work. This article will analyze the current situation of employment psychology of 'post-1995' vocational medical students and then study countermeasures.
