警察行政伦理失范的原因及其对策

The Causes and Countermeasures of Police Administrative Ethics Anomie

现如今,我国经常会发生各种各样的行政伦理失范现象,诸如警察缺乏服务意识、追求自身利益忽略公民利益等,之所以会出现这些状况,最为根本的原因在于警察行政体系依旧不完善,而且没有相关的监督体制,一部分原因也可以从警察个人身上进行考究。针对这些不同的状况,需要分别采取相应的措施加以科学的应对,以便于最为有效地提高警察行政伦理意识,避免这些不良状况再次发生。

Nowadays, various kinds of administrative ethics anomie often occur in our country, such as the lack of service consciousness of the police, the pursuit of self-interest and neglecting the interests of citizens, and so on. The most basic reason is that the police administrative system is still imperfect, and there is no relevant supervision system. In view of these different conditions, we need to take corresponding measures to deal with them scientifically, so as to improve the police administrative ethics consciousness effectively and avoid these bad situations from happening again.
