随着社会的转型发展,社会对人们的道德素养提出了越来越高的要求,与此同时,我国加强了对道德建设的重视,开始大力建设社会道德。社会道德虽然是道德层面的事情,但是仅仅依靠人们的自觉是无法形成有效的社会道德机制的,没有约束道德将不堪一击,因此我国在进行道德建设的同时也加强了社会赏罚,通过明确的制度和规章等对一些道德层面的事情做出规定,从而更好的引导人们做出一些道德选择,推动社会道德建设。

With the development of social transformation, the society has put forward higher and higher demands on people’s moral accomplishment. At the same time, our country has strengthened the emphasis on moral construction and started to build social morality. Although social morality is a matter of moral level, it is impossible to form an effective social moral mechanism only by relying on people’s self-consciousness, so our country has strengthened the social reward and punishment while carrying on the moral construction. Through clear system and rules and regulations to some moral aspects of things to make provisions, so as to better guide people to make some moral choices, and promote the construction of social morality.
