With the rapid development of information technology and the popularization of smart mobile phone, the media, which is represented by micro-letter, micro-blog, QQ and so on, providing new information access channels and social platforms for college students, bringing opportunities and challenges for college students’ ideological and political education.Especially the independent colleges, it is of great significance to study the influence of media on the ideological and political education,and to innovate the way of ideological and political education of college students from the media age.
