论民办高校党建管理工作存在的问题与对策

我国现阶段的高等教育中民办高校已经成为重要的组成部分之一,近年来民办高校迅速崛起,这些学校的党建工作有很多问题存在。本文主要对民办高校党建管理工作中出现的问题进行深入细致的研究,并提出相应的对策,从而有效的提高民办高校党建工作的整体水平,为民办高校的健康发展护航,进而维护民办高校的健康发展。

Private colleges and universities have become one of the important parts of higher education in our country at present. In recent years, there are many problems in the party building work of these colleges and universities. This paper makes a thorough and detailed study on the problems in the management of party building in private colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, so as to effectively improve the overall level of party building work in private colleges and universities, and to escort the healthy development of private colleges and universities, then maintain the healthy development of private colleges and universities.
