摘要
创新创业教育是"大众创业、万众创新"的时代召唤,也是培养创新创业人才、实现高等教育新发展和推动创新型国家建设的重要历史使命。当前高校创新创业教育做了较多尝试和改革,呈现良好发展态势,但尚未真正建立长效的内在持续改进机制。本文通过PDCA循环理论,试图构建高校创新创业教育体系的"闭环",使高校创新创业教育活动更具有逻辑性和科学性,最终达到教育方式不断改进、教育质量不断提升的目的。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is the call of the times of 'mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation', and it is also an important historical mission to train innovative talents, to realize the new development of higher education and to promote the construction of innovative country. At present, innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has made more attempts and reforms, showing a good development trend, but has not really established a long-term internal continuous improvement mechanism. Based on the theory of PDCA cycle, this paper attempts to construct the 'closed loop' of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities, so as to make the innovative entrepreneurial education activities more logical and scientific, and finally achieve the purpose of continuous improvement of education mode and continuous improvement of educational quality.
