供给侧改革的重要目的在于对经济结构进行有效调整,保证各个要素的配置达到最优水平,为我国经济发展注入活力,大学生是国家人力资源体系当中不可或缺的组成要素,更是推动国家创新战略可持续性进步的生力军。在全面推行供给侧改革的背景下,高校必须全面推动教育改革工作,对人才培养模式进行变革,尤其是要注重将创新创业教育改革作为重要突破口,保证就业质量和促进创业成功。
