摘要
学前教育质量提升的关键是师资能力的提升,基于互联网的教师职后培训研修模式对促进学前教育整体质量提升具重要意义。本文从学前教育培训的对象和效果出发,就教师职后培训的在线课程资源建设应把握的原则及在线课程研修的监督与管理等问题进行探讨。
The key to improve the quality of preschool education is the improvement of teachers’ ability. The mode of post-service training and research based on Internet is of great significance to promote the overall quality of pre-school education. Starting from the object and effect of preschool education training, this paper discusses the principles to be grasped in the construction of online curriculum resources for teachers’ post-vocational training and the supervision and management of online course research.
