随着高等教育的大众化,应届毕业大学生的数量逐渐增多,就业成为大学生毕业面临的首要难题,持续增长的高校毕业生加剧了大学生就业竞争压力。大学生基层就业项目作为帮助大学生实现充分就业的主要渠道,不仅对大学生的就业去向有很大意义上的安排,而且有利于国家经济社会的稳定。同时,还有利于我国青年人才的健康成长,促进青年人才的持续发展和改善基层青年队伍的结构,为此,本文就目前大学生参加国家基层就业项目的现状做出深入探讨,就大学生的参与意愿和满意度作出调查,以期促进大学生基层就业项目能够更好的开展。

With the popularization of higher education, the number of new graduates is increasing gradually, employment becomes the most difficult problem for college graduates, and the continuous growth of college graduates intensifies the pressure of employment competition of college students. As the main channel to help college students achieve full employment, the college students’ grass-roots employment project not only has a great significance to arrange the employment of college students, but also is conducive to the stability of national economy and society. At the same time, it is also conducive to the healthy growth of young talents in our country, to promote the sustainable development of young talents and to improve the structure of grassroots youth team. Therefore, this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the current situation of college students participating in national grass-roots employment projects. This paper makes a survey on the participation willingness and satisfaction of college students in order to promote the college students’ basic level employment project to carry out better.
