随着我国对大学生的不断扩招,大学生的就业环境和就业压力也越来越严峻,为了适应新经济新环境的变化,我国也要逐步实现对大学生的供给侧改革,完成对大学生就业与创业等相关问题的指导和研究。本文通过了解供给侧改革,并对大学生的就业环境和就业能力所出现的问题进行分析和指导,为我国大学生的就业问题提供科学的、可持续发展的理论指导。

With the increasing enrollment of college students in our country, the employment environment and employment pressure of college students are becoming more and more severe. In order to adapt to the changes of the new economic and new environment, our country should gradually realize the supply-side reform for college students. To complete the employment and entrepreneurship of college students and other related issues of guidance and research.
