Construction of Training Mode of Thinking Ability in College English Teaching

众所周知,英语乃是当今世界应用力最强的语种之一。一个国家想要与国际接轨,一个人想要提高自身核心竞争力,都需要对英语这门语言有一个不错的了解与掌握。然而对于从小就以汉语为母语的国人而言,在学习英语的过程之中总是会出现各种困难,其中最典型的问题就是国人尤其是高校大学生在学习英语时存在着思辨能力较差问题。因此为了提高广大英语学习者的英语能力,英语教学人员应该注重培养一下学生的思辨能力。

As we all know, English is one of the most widely used languages in the world today. If a country wants to be in line with the international standards and a person wants to improve his core competitiveness, he needs to have a good understanding and mastery of English. However, for Chinese native speakers, there are always difficulties in learning English, the most typical of which is that Chinese students, especially college students, have poor speculative ability in learning English. Therefore, in order to improve the English ability of English learners, English teachers should pay attention to cultivating students’ speculative ability.
