改写理论视角下《光之逝》汉译策略研究

A Study on Translation strategies of the Chinese version of The Light that Failed from the Perspective of Rewriting Theory

改写理论是文化转向的一个重要组成部分,勒菲弗尔提出,译者在翻译过程中将受到意识形态、主流诗学和赞助人等多种因素的影响,需对译文进行改写,以迎合目的语读者的阅读需求。基于改写理论对《光之逝》汉译本进行研究,剖析译者在翻译过程中进行的改写创作,以促进译本在中国市场的传播,并为广大翻译工作者提供参考和借鉴。

Rewriting theory plays an important part in the process of cultural turn. Lefevere put forward that in the process of translation, translators will be influenced by many factors such as ideology, dominant poetics and patronage, etc. Translators need to rewrite to meet the need of target language readers. This research tries to study on the Chinese version of The Light that Failed from the perspective of rewriting theory, and analyzes the rewriting strategies which will accelerate the spreading speed of the translation in the Chinese market, so as to provide translators with references.
