体育人文精神是一种相对抽象化的文化内涵,存在于高校体育教学的多方面,高校体育教育中人文精神与价值的提升,能够在很大程度上提升教师的教学效果,使得大学生自身的体育素养以及体育技能都能够得到有效的增强。当前,高校已经意识到在体育教育过程中提升人文精神与价值的重要性,本文从当前我国高校体育教学中人文精神的现状入手分析,继而探讨提升高校体育教育中人文精神与价值的策略与途径,以期提升学生的综合素养,成为新时代发展所需要的高素质人才。
