辅导员对高校共青团“第二课堂成绩单”网络管理系统的功能需求研究

A Study on the Functional Requirements of College Counselors' Network Management System of "Second Classroom Report Card" of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities

在《高校共青团改革实施方案》中指出要实施高校共青团"第二课堂成绩单"制度。辅导员是高校开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。辅导员虽然不是团干部,但其工作却一直是高校共青团在第二课堂育人工作中的最后一公里。辅导员是"到梦空间"网络管理系统的最直接的管理者也是受益者。本研究综合使用文献研究法、深度访谈法、问卷调查法等多种研究方法,对部分高校的辅导员进行了调研,以辅导员对"到梦空间"网络管理系统功能的需求为研究对象,模拟了高校辅导员的部分工作场景,提出了评奖评优、资助育人、约谈记录存档和党团建设规范化等四个方面的需求,并为"到梦空间"网络管理系统今后在这四个方面的研发提出合理化建议。

It is pointed out that the second classroom report card system should be carried out in the Reform Plan of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities. Counselors are the backbone of college students’ ideological and political education, and the organizers, implementers and guides of their daily ideological and political education and management. Although the counselors are not League cadres, their work has been the last kilometer of the second classroom education work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities. Counselors are the most direct managers and beneficiaries of the network management system to 'Dream-space'. In this study, the author used literature research method, in-depth interview method, questionnaire method and other research methods to investigate the counselors in some colleges and universities, taking the demand of the network management system function of 'Dream-space' as the research object. It simulates some working scenes of college counselors, and puts forward the requirements of four aspects, namely, the evaluation of awards, the support for educating people, the archiving of interview records and the standardization of party and caucus construction. And put forward the rational suggestions for the future research and development of the network management system to 'Dream-space'.
