摘要
女性高管作为管理者中一个特别群体,在企业发展中的作用越来越明显。然而就目前的实际情况而言,女性在高管团队中的参与率越来越高,但是与男性相比则是严重不足,由于女性的"双重负担"、企业的相关制度以及女性自身的发展期望对女性参与高管团队有制约作用。在本文中我们首先解释了女性参与高管团队的理由、并对阻碍女性进入高管团队的因素进行了分析,从而提出了相关的对策,帮助女性进入高管团队。
As a special group of managers, female executives play an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises. However, in terms of the present actual situation, female participation in the senior management team is more and more high, but compared to men is woefully inadequate, because of the 'double burden' of the female, the related systems of enterprises and the development of women’s own expectations for women to participate in the senior management team has. In this article we first explain the reason for women to participate in the senior management team, and the factors to hinder the women into the senior management team are analyzed, and puts forward the related countermeasure, help women into the senior management team.
