随着互联网和信息技术的高速发展,互联网+的形式已经渗透于各个行业和领域。在这个公开、充分自由的网络虚拟社会里,相较之下缺乏现实社会的种种限制与约束,加上互联网存在的隐蔽性和普通性,一方面创造了一个平等、全新的、没有强权和中心的空间,同时也使现行的法治观念、制度、原则、结构等面临着新的挑战,只有不断地进行转变和创新,才能适合新环境下的发展。本文就此进行了分析和探讨。

With the rapid development of Internet and information technology, the form of Internet has permeated various industries and fields. In this open, fully free network virtual society, compared with the lack of restrictions and constraints of the real society, and the concealment and commonality of the existence of the Internet, on the one hand, it creates an equal, completely new one. There is no space for power and center, and at the same time, the current concept of rule of law, system, principle, structure and so on are faced with new challenges.
