摘要
互联网理念的发展成熟,推动着互联网技术不断进步革新。在"互联网+"背景下发展现有的各种业务成为各个行业、企业的优先选择。人才招聘工作在企业的内部管理中占据核心地位,它既可以为企业发展提供新鲜的力量,也可以促进企业内部员工整体素质的提升。因此,受互联网时代的影响,企业需了解传统人才招聘模式的不足和弊端,对招聘人才的模式和方法进行改革和创新,以此来保证所聘用人才的综合素质水平,从而确保招聘人才工作的效率和效果。
The development of the concept of Internet promotes the continuous progress and innovation of Internet technology. Under the background of 'Internet +', the development of existing business has become a priority for enterprises. Talent recruitment plays a key role in the internal management of enterprises. It can not only provide fresh strength for the development of enterprises, but also promote the improvement of the overall quality of employees in enterprises. Therefore, under the influence of the Internet era, enterprises need to understand the shortcomings and drawbacks of the traditional talent recruitment mode, reform and innovate the recruitment mode and methods, so as to ensure the comprehensive quality level of the employed talents and the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment work.
