医护人员心理安全感、人际信任和自我效能感的相关研究

Correlational Research about Psychological Security,Interpersonal Trust and Sense of Self-efficacy of Medical Staff

对人民解放军第九二医院145名医护人员进行问卷调查,发现医护人员的心理安全感和人际信任水平都较高,一般自我效能感较低;性别对医护人员心理安全感有显著影响,从业年限对心理安全感和人际信任有显著影响;人际信任与心理安全感、一般自我效能感分别呈显著负相关,心理安全感与一般自我效能感之间呈极其显著的正相关。

A questionnaire survey was conducted on 145 medical staff in Num.92 of PLA. The results turn out that the sense of security and interpersonal trust of medical staff are both at a high level, with low generally self-efficacy;gender has a significant impact on sense of security;while work seniority has a significant impact on both sense of security and interpersonal trust;interpersonal trust was separately negatively correlated with the sense of security and general self-efficacy;there is extremely significant positive correlation between sense of security and self-efficacy.
