文章基于郑州建设国家中心城市的背景,从跨文化美学的视角来探讨公共图书馆社会教育职能的发挥,以期提升公共图书馆的建设与服务水平,发挥中原文化的带动与辐射作用,加快国家中心城市的发展。

Based on the background of building national center city, this paper discusses the display of social education function of public library from the perspective of trans-cultural aesthetics, hoping to improve the construction and service level of public library, play the leading and radiation effects of central plain culture and accelerate the development of national center city.
