摘要
校企合作的本质是共同育人,是围绕对学生的培养而展开,在目前高职院校酒店管理专业校企合作中由于相关主体的认知偏差和保障机制的不健全而导致合作的深度和广度不够,流于形式,笔者在对影响高职院校酒店管理专业校企合作的因素进行分析的基础上提出了创新沟通机制、培养机制、动力机制和保障机制。
The essence of school-enterprise cooperation is to educate people, so it is centred on the cultivation of students. Currently, the schoolenterprise cooperation of hospitality management in higher vocational colleges emphasizes on forms and lacks of depth and breadth due to cognitive biases of relevant subjects and unsound guarantee mechanism. The author put forward innovative communication mechanism, training mechanism, motivation mechanism and guarantee mechanism on the basis of the analysis of the factors that have influenced the school-enterprise cooperation of hospitality management specialty in higher vocational colleges.
