校企合作背景下高职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设研究

A Study on the Construction of "Double-teacher-type" Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of School-Enterprise Cooperation

随着国家科学技术的发展,新技术与材料被开发出来,产业结构在不断调整,经济的发展模式开展改革,这对高职院校专业人才的培养提出了很高的要求,而人才培养工作对教师的教学能力与素养等要求很高,这就需要高职院校在实际发展中能够建设"双师型"的师资队伍结构,系统化的进行创新与完善,编制教师人才队伍的培养方案,在提升教学工作效率与水平的情况下,充分发挥"双师型"师资队伍的积极作用,为其后续发展夯实基础。

With the development of national science and technology, new technologies and materials have been developed, the industrial structure has been constantly adjusted, and the economic development model has been reformed, which has put forward high requirements for the training of professional talents in higher vocational colleges. The training of talents requires teachers’ teaching ability and accomplishment, which requires that higher vocational colleges should be able to build a 'double-teacher-type' teaching staff structure and systematically innovate and perfect it. Under the condition of improving the efficiency and level of teaching work, we should make full use of the positive role of 'double-teacher-type' teachers team and lay a solid foundation for its subsequent development.
