Exploration of Hotel Service Practice Teaching Based on Vocational Skills Competition

在全国职业院校技能竞赛宗旨的指导下,分析职业技能竞赛对酒店服务专业选手的素质要求,从教学内容、课程改革、学生参与、师资配套等方面提出酒店服务项目实践教学模式。

Under the guidance of the purpose of the national vocational students skills competition, this paper analyzes the quality requirements of the vocational skill competition for the hotel service professionals, and puts forward the practice teaching mode of the hotel service from the aspects of teaching content, curriculum reform, students’ participation and teachers’ matching.
