基于职业技能竞赛集训经验,构建高职服装专业“赛教互融”模式的探索

当下职业教育界的一年一度的盛事莫过于职业院校的技能大赛,其号角响彻整个中华职教大地。针对大赛中优质师资、优质资源过分集中在少数学生身上,影响整体教学质量提升这一严重问题,依托技能大赛作为检验高素质技术技能型人才培养质量的试金石,总结成功竞赛集训经验,转化优秀大赛成果,构建"赛教互融"模式的专业课程体系,更好地引导师生将大赛典型工作学以致用,提升了学院服装专业学生的职业核心能力。

The annual event of the current professional education community is no more than the skills competition of professional colleges and universities. Its horn is sounded throughout China. In view of the serious problem that high-quality teachers and high-quality resources are too concentrated on a small number of students in the competition, which affects the overall improvement of teaching quality, relying on skill competitions as a touchstone to test the quality of high-quality technical skills training, we will summarize the experience of successful competition training and transform the results of outstanding competitions. Constructing the professional curriculum system of the 'integration of competition and education' model, better guide teachers and students to use the typical work of the competition to improve the professional core ability of college apparel students.
