Under the national strategy of 'Belt and One Road' Guangdong-Hong Kong-Marco Greater Bay Area, a large quantity of enterprises need lots of business English talents with strong intercultural awareness. How to meet the international talents’ need accurately? This paper aims to provide meaningful and constructive suggestions on international development approach of higher vocational business English talents and to provide a positive role in promoting the internationalization of business English talents.
