我国高职教育政策存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Education Policy in China

相比于普通高等院校来说,高职院校更加倾向于培养实用型人才。然而,由于国家政策以及学校原因,使得当前高职院校培养的学生不能够满足市场的人才需求,所以我们必须针对这些问题找到具体有效的改进对策。本文通过对我国高职教育政策问题进行了具体的分析,同时根据这些问题以及原因提出了较为具体的完善措施。

Higher vocational colleges are more inclined to cultivate practical talents than ordinary colleges and universities. However, due to the national policy and school reasons, the current higher vocational college students can not meet the needs of the market, so we must find concrete and effective countermeasures to these problems. This paper analyzes the policy problems of higher vocational education in our country, and puts forward some concrete measures according to these problems and the reasons.
