新中国成立离不开我国共产党的伟大领导,而之所以我党可以高瞻远瞩将我国拯救,主要因素就在于我国共产党坚持马克思主义指导方针,以此为基础制定了大量符合我国国情适合我国各阶段任务开展的正确政策。新时期是和平和发展的时代,但是理论指导依旧重要,尤其是以马克思主义为首的、符合我国实际业务发展的重要理论。比如马克思主义法治理论,在我国就逐步结合国情演变为了具有中国特色社会注意的法治理论。对于法治业务工作者,需要结合时代需求对其做出相关研究,为其发展打下坚实理论基础。
