非遗文化蕴含着浓郁的地域特色和鲜明的民族特点,它以城市为载体,借助城市文化平台,在对自身的保护与传承中为城市文化建设打造名片,树立品牌,实现服务,是城市历史、现代以及未来文化发展脉络的集中体现和精髓所在。
Non-posthumous culture contains rich regional characteristics and distinct national characteristics. It takes the city as the carrier, with the help of the urban cultural platform, creates business cards for the urban culture construction in the process of protecting and inheriting itself, sets up the brand and realizes the service. This is the central embodiment and essence of urban history, modern and future cultural development.
