摘要
随着教师资格证考试在社会全面推进,师范院校学生在资格证获取上的优势逐步降低,特别是针对数学专业学生,课堂教学效果无法有效指导实践成了突出矛盾亟待解决。现阶段,师范院校的数学课程偏难、偏繁,与学生未来的教师工作衔接不良,造成了学生的考和老师的教不能协调进行,学生提升有限,学习效果差异明显。这种现状的出现为当下的师范院校数学教学实践提出了巨大的挑战,本文从几个方面对数学课堂教学现状进行分析,并提出对策。
With the promotion of teacher qualification examination in the society, the advantages of obtaining qualification certificate for normal college students are gradually reduced, especially for mathematics majors. Classroom teaching effect can not effectively guide the practice has become a prominent contradiction to be solved. At this stage, the mathematics curriculum in normal colleges is difficult and complicated, which leads to the students’ examination and teachers’ teaching can not be coordinated, the students’ promotion is limited, and the learning effect is obviously different. The appearance of this kind of present situation has put forward the huge challenge for the present mathematics teaching practice in normal colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the present situation of mathematics classroom teaching from several aspects, and puts forward the following points come up with countermeasures.
