Colleges and universities undertake many functions such as talent training, scientific research, social service and international communication, and at the same time, they also develop into the position of high frequency of network public opinion. The society focuses on the quality of education, teaching and talent training in colleges and universities, studies, guides and deals with the network public opinion in colleges and universities, which brings unprecedented challenges to the management of network public opinion and the educational reform in colleges and universities. Based on the formation mechanism of network public opinion in colleges and universities, the paper analyzes the deep reasons of public opinion management dilemma, explores the solution path suitable for university public opinion management, and constructs a healthy and orderly ecological environment of university network public opinion.
