摘要
本文通过分析高校网络舆情承载平台高校BBS、百度贴吧、校内网、微博、微信等的演进特点,提出网络舆情管理的对象要从"信息"到"学生",管理的思路要从"堵"到"疏",管理的重点要从"普通"到"领袖"等启示,并建议高校通过提升网络时代"微素养",构建网络时代"大数据",形成舆情时代"全机制"的措施提高网络舆情能力。
By analyzing the evolution characteristics of university BBS, Baidu Tieba, inner network, Weibo and WeChat, this paper puts forward that the object of network public opinion management should be from 'information' to 'student'. The thought of management should be from 'blocking' to 'sparse', and the emphasis of management should be from 'ordinary' to 'leader' and so on, and it is suggested that colleges and universities should construct 'big data' in the network age by promoting 'micro-literacy' in the era of network. Formation of public opinion era, 'full mechanism' measures to improve the ability of network public opinion.
