构建英语专业校企合作协同育人师资队伍

摘要 校企合作办学培养英语专业应用型人才符合经济社会发展和地方本科院校转型的需求,建设"双师型"师资队伍是实现这一目标的关键。加大校内"双师型"教师培养力度,通过"请进来"扩大"双师型"教师队伍以及建立、健全"双师型"教师相关制度保障有助于英语专业"双师型"师资队伍的建设。 The cooperation between school and enterprise to train applied talents of English majors meets the needs of economic and social development and the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities, and the key to achieve this goal is to build a 'double-qualified' teaching staff. Strengthening the cultivation of 'double qualified' teachers in schools, expanding the 'double-qualified' teachers and establishing the 'double-qualified' teachers through 'please come in' and perfecting the related system of 'double-qualified' teachers are helpful to the construction of 'double-qualified' teachers in English majors.
