摘要
自从实施改革开放政策以来,中国的经济发展取得了令人瞩目的成绩,同时,我国的教育事业也取得了很大进步。我们的音乐教育也随之取得了令人瞩目的成就,音乐课越来越受到学校学生及家庭的重视。长期以来,我们忽视了最该关注和关怀的一个群体——特殊儿童。音乐课对特殊儿童同样有着其他学科无法替代的作用。特殊儿童由于身体和身心情况的特殊性,较之于正常儿童的发展的状况来说,特殊儿童的教育问题尤其是音乐课的实施情况更加需要政府和社会的关注。特殊儿童由于其自身情况,生活环境,成长背景以及学习情况等原因存在着许多独立于普通儿童之外的许多特点,掌握特殊儿童音乐教育的特点,可以使音乐课更好的实现其娱乐性和功能性的作用。
Since the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up, China’s economic development has made remarkable achievements, at the same time, China’s education has also made great progress. Our music education has also obtained the remarkable achievement, the music lesson is paid more and more attention by the school student and the family. For a long time, we have neglected the special children, a group which should pay most attention and care. Music lessons also have an irreplaceable role for special children. Due to the particularity of physical and mental conditions, special children’s educational problems, especially the implementation of music classes, need more attention from the government and society than normal children’s development. Because of their own situation, living environment, growth background and learning situation, special children have many characteristics which are independent of ordinary children, and master the characteristics of music education for special children. Music lessons can better achieve its entertainment and functional role.
