A Study on the Construction of Multi-dimensional Model of Independent Professional Development of Young Foreign Language Teachers in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Dialogue

摘要 一直以来提高课堂教学的有效性不仅是课堂教学探究的一个核心主题,而且是高校教师在教学实践中追求的自我发展的主要目标之一。我国外语教学改革日新月异,高校青年外语教师更加重视自主专业发展的规划。本文尝试从对话哲学视角对"有效教学"进行新的意义解释和价值建构,以期从认识论和方法论上探索外语教师自主专业发展多维模式。 Promoting class teaching effectiveness has always remained not only the primary concern of curriculum development but one of major objectives of autonomous professional development pursued by college teachers in their teaching practice. With the changing foreign language teaching reform in China, young college foreign language teachers have attached much more importance to planning of autonomous professional development. This paper attempts to make a new explanation to teaching effectiveness and reconstruct its value in the light of dialogical philosophy, expecting to explore the multi-dimensional mode of autonomous professional development both epistemologically and methodologically.
