The Idea and Innovation of the Training Mode of the School-Enterprise Cooperative Talents of the Applied Liberal Arts Specialty: Taking the Speciality of Chinese Language and Literature as an Example

随着社会的发展,高校的人才培养模式也要与时俱进,尤其是汉语言文学(文秘)专业,要将理论与实践有机结合在一起,培养出能够与时代要求相适应的复合型、实用型高素质的文秘人才,因此,创新人才培养模式,建立校企合作机制,已成为高校实现人才培养目的的有效途径。

With the development of society, the talent training mode in colleges and universities should also keep pace with the times, especially for the specialty of Chinese language and literature. It is necessary to combine theory with practice to cultivate a compound type which can adapt to the requirements of the times. The practical high quality secretarial talents, therefore, the innovation of talent training mode, the establishment of schoolenterprise cooperation mechanism, has become an effective way to achieve the purpose of talent training in colleges and universities.
