Training Young Teachers in Private Universities and establishing excellent Teachers

高等教育是培养人才的主要方式,切实提高高校人才培养质量,推进教育改革,是高校发展面临的必然趋势,本文根据创新人才培养的现实需求分析了高校师资队伍建设的标准,就民办高校教育现状,提出了在师资队伍引进培养、教学队伍建设、制度建设与政策激励等方面的举措,为民办高校加强师资队伍建设,提高人才培养质量提供一些有效的建议。

Higher education is the main way to train talents. It is an inevitable trend for the development of colleges and universities to improve the quality of talents cultivation and promote the reform of education. This paper analyzes the standards of teaching staff construction in colleges and universities according to the practical needs of cultivating innovative talents, and puts forward some measures in the aspects of the introduction and cultivation of teachers, the construction of teaching staff, the construction of system and the encouragement of policies and so on, in view of the present situation of private colleges and universities. Some effective suggestions are provided for strengthening the construction of teachers and improving the quality of personnel training in private colleges and universities.
