高校表演专业舞蹈创新人才培养研究——以阜阳师范学院为例

A Study on the Cultivation of Innovative Dance Talents in Performance Specialty in Colleges and Universities——Taking Fuyang Normal College as an Example

我国高校表演专业在多年的发展过程中,一直在不断的探索教学改革和创新的方法,将如何培养创新型的高素质舞蹈表演人才作为一项重要的教学目标,近年来教学改革取得了一定的成效,但仍然需要进一步的探索和发展,以推进高校表演专业舞蹈人才创新改革的进程。本文主要以阜阳师范学院为例,对高校表演专业舞蹈创新人才的培养进行了具体分析,希望可以给当前的高校舞蹈表演教育工作者提供参考,培养出更多的创新型表演专业舞蹈人才。

In the course of many years’ development of performance major in colleges and universities in our country, we have been constantly exploring teaching reform and innovative methods, and how to cultivate innovative high-quality dance performance talents as an important teaching goal. In recent years, the teaching reform has made some achievements, but it still needs further exploration and development in order to promote the process of innovation and reform of dance talents of performing majors in colleges and universities. Taking Fuyang Normal College as an example, this paper makes a concrete analysis on the cultivation of creative dance talents in performing majors in colleges and universities, hoping to provide references for the current dance performance educators in colleges and universities. Cultivate more creative performance professional dance talent.
