高技术产业的健康发展对提升我国技术创新能力、建设成创新型国家具有重要意义,大力发展高技术产业已成为世界各国的共识。针对存在的创新绩效偏低、区域差距显著、品牌建设落后、高技术人才缺乏等问题,我国高技术产业发展选择的路径主要是:坚持创新驱动发展,提高自主创新能力;发挥比较优势,实现产业升级换代;坚持区域差异化发展,相互补充和促进;打造中国知名品牌,培养高技术人才;坚持理性发展、适度开发。

The healthy development of high-tech industry is of great significance for enhancing China’s technological innovation capability and building into an innovation-oriented country, vigorously developing the high-tech industry has become the consensus of the world. In view of the existing problems, including lower innovation performance, significant regional gap, outdated brand building and lack of high-tech talent, the development path for China’s high-tech industry should include adhering to innovation-driven development and improving the ability of independent innovation, taking full use of comparative advantage and achieving industrial upgrading, adhering to regional differentiated development and promoting each other, building well-known Chinese brands and training high-tech talents, adhering to rational and moderate development.
