摘要
《邮轮客舱服务与管理》是国际邮轮乘务专业的一门实践性很强的核心专业课,本文结合实际工作,分析了传统课程模式在课程内容、专业教材、实习实训、教学方法几方面的弊端,并针对以上问题提出了相应的改革策略,以期提高该课程的整体教学效果。
'Cruise Cabin Service and Management' is a very practical core course for international cruise ship crew. This paper analyzes the traditional course mode in course content, teaching material, practical training, combining with practical work. In order to improve the overall teaching effect of the course, the author puts forward the corresponding reform strategies in view of the disadvantages of several aspects of teaching methods.
