现代学徒制是最近几年比较热门的、由教育部改良和融合、学校通过与企业互相合作,加强职业教营运和进步的体系。此文章就不断深入和探索现代学徒制的原理,并且解读职业教育专业理论实践现代学徒制所遇到的难题,接下来探究企业与学校合作进行现代学徒制的培训和管理中的问题,结果归纳出进行现代学徒制必须达到的几项要求。

The modern apprenticeship system is popular in recent years, improved and integrated by the Ministry of Education. Schools strengthen the system of operation and progress of vocational education through cooperation with enterprises. This article explores the principles of the modern apprenticeship system and explains the problems encountered in the practice of the modern apprenticeship system in the vocational education theory, and then explores the problems in the training and management of the modern apprenticeship system in the cooperation between the enterprise and the school.The results show that the modern apprenticeship must meet several requirements.
