摘要 人文素养,是个人健康发展结果的一种体现,也是一个社会汲取历史经验教训、积累文明成果的结果——"文明成果"的最重要部分,衡量"社会文明"的尺度,更是"社会文明"的标志。文章针对高职教师的人文素养现状、困境与其成因展开了具体的分析,以期通过采取有效的措施促进高职教师的人文素养,进而使学生在教师日常教学中潜移默化的影响下提高自身的文学素养,这对于学生的发展而言,无疑是有利的。 Humanistic quality is a expression of the result of personal health development. It is also the most important part of 'civilization achievement', which is the most important part of 'civilization achievement', which is the result of historical experience and accumulation, and the scale of 'social civilization' is the standard of 'social civilization'. The article analyzes the present situation and the composition of the humanistic quality of the higher vocational teachers, in order to promote the humanistic quality of the higher vocational teachers by taking effective measures, and then the students will imperceptibly improve their literary accomplishment in the daily teaching of the teachers, which is undoubtedly beneficial to the development of the students.
