中职生职业生涯规划教育现状及对策研究

Study on the Present Situation and Countermeasure of Career Planning Education for Secondary Vocational School Students

职业认知是职业生涯规划的基础,正确的职业认知对于中职生来说至关重要的,是学生未来顺利就业,创造成功人生的条件。笔者立足于自身的教学实践与感悟,就当前中职生职业生涯规划教育中存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决问题的对策,旨在帮助学生做好职业生涯规划,为学生的终身幸福奠基。

Professional cognition is the basis of career planning. Correct vocational cognition is very important for secondary vocational students. It is the condition for students to succeed in the future and create a successful life. Based on his own teaching practice and understanding, the author analyses the problems existing in the career planning education of the secondary vocational students, and puts forward the countermeasures to help the students to do a good career planning and lay the foundation for the lifelong happiness of the students.
