从严复与伊藤博文仕途之差异比较近代中日选官制度

A Comparative Study of the Differences Between the Official Career of Yan Fu and Ito Po-wen of the Official Selection System Between China and Japan in Modern Times

政治格局以及制度的差异决定着生活在同一时代不同国别的人注定有不同的结局,而中国的严复和日本的伊藤博文就是一个很好的佐证。他们同属于中日当时杰出的知识分子,受过良好的本国教育,又接触过西方先进的资产阶级思想,回国之后仕途却大不相同。本文从严复和伊藤博文仕途的差别着手,来比较大时代背景下中国和日本的选官制度的差异,从而得到一些启示。

The difference of political structure and system determines that people living in different countries of the same era are doomed to different endings, and Yan Fu of China and Ito Bowen of Japan are a good evidence. They both belonged to the outstanding intellectuals of China and Japan at that time, had a good education in their own country, and had come into contact with advanced bourgeois ideas in the West, but their official career was very different after returning to China. This paper begins with the differences of official career between Yan Fu and Ito to compare the differences between China and Japan under the background of the great times, and get some enlightenment.
