在过去的十年中,中国发生环境群体事件的数量呈现出明显的上升趋势。伴随着我国经济的快速发展和我国居民环保意识增强,邻避建设引起的社会冲突越来越多,最终会造成环境群体性事件,甚至破坏公共财产,危害公共安全,破坏社会秩序。

In the past decade, the number of environmental group events in China has shown a clear upward trend. With the rapid development of our economy and the increasing awareness of environmental protection among our residents, there are more and more social conflicts caused by neighborhood construction, which will eventually cause environmental mass events, even destroy public property, endanger public security, and destroy social order.
