摘要
本文主要内容是分析国家财政支出和法律援助事业发展的相互关系,意在反思我国现阶段的法律援助所存在的主要问题,并对解决该问题提出初步的设想。通过分析,笔者认为,如何合理分配法律援助经费不仅涉及国家财政支出,而且是建设法治社会的题中之义,不容小觑。
This thesis focus on analyzing the correlation between national fiscal expenditure and development of legal aid activities, so as to rethink the major problems in the legal aids now in China and provide solutions to these problems.Through analyzing,the author thinks that how to distribute legal aid fund is vital to national fiscal expenditure, which should never be ignored.
