“一带一路”视野下少数民族学生志愿服务“内涵化”建设动机及障碍研究

我国少数民族文化是中华民族"多元一体化"存在与延续的外在体现,更是我国精神文明的无价瑰宝。少数民族学生在地方高校作为一个群体,有着不同于普通大学生的综合特征。在新时代的背景下,对少数民族学生志愿服务"内涵化"建设的问题研究有着深远意义,对维护民族团结、国家稳定、构建新形势下的和谐社会等方面有着积极推动作用。本文致力于追溯少数民族大学生志愿活动参与形成的原因,将理论与实践研究相结合,通过问卷调查法和深度访谈法,对少数民族学生的特点、参与志愿服务动机及障碍进行分析、归纳和总结。

The minority culture of our country is the external embodiment of the existence and continuation of the pluralistic integration of the Chinese nation, and it is also the priceless treasure of the spiritual civilization of our country. Minority students as a group in local colleges and universities have different comprehensive characteristics from ordinary college students. Under the background of the new era, the study on the construction of 'intension' of the voluntary service of minority students has far-reaching significance, and has an active role in maintaining national unity, national stability and building a harmonious society under the new situation. This paper is devoted to tracing the causes of the voluntary participation of ethnic minority college students, combining the theory with the practical research, and making use of questionnaires and in-depth interviews, the characteristics of minority students, participation in voluntary service motivation and obstacles are analyzed, summarized and summarized.
